The consultation is 30 minutes with an engineer from Sujaan Solutions, not a salesperson. We map the workflow you want to fix, identify where the time actually goes, and tell you what is worth automating and what is not. Afterwards you receive a written diagnosis covering what to automate, what to skip, and what it costs. There is no cost and no obligation to proceed.

Sujaan Solutions prices by category rather than per agent, because scope varies with the workflow. Communication & Content starts from PKR 80,000, Build & Foundations — websites, apps, SEO, custom agents and AI sales calling — from PKR 100,000, Operations & Productivity from PKR 120,000, and Sales & Support from PKR 150,000. Research & Analysis is quoted per scope. Communication & Content, Sales & Support and Build & Foundations also carry a monthly retainer. Every engagement is quoted at a fixed price with a fixed timeline before any work begins.

If a workflow is not on that list we scope it from scratch. Judgement-heavy work such as negotiation, relationship management and strategy stays with your team, and we will say so rather than sell you an agent for it.

How is this different from just buying an AI tool?

Sujaan Solutions does not resell AI tools. A tool gives your team another subscription and another tab to check, and the manual work stays. We rebuild the workflow itself so the task completes without anyone starting it, then hand over training, documentation and a support retainer. The measure of success is that a step disappears from someone's day, not that a tool was installed.

We select the model per job on cost, latency and accuracy, and we tell you which one we used and why rather than treating it as a black box.

Yes. Sujaan Solutions is a registered private limited company serving clients across Pakistan, with offices in Islamabad, Hyderabad and Tharparkar. Consultations and project delivery run remotely, so location does not affect scope, price or timeline.

How long does a project take and how do you handle scope?

Sujaan Solutions fixes scope, price and timeline in a written proposal before the build starts, so there is no hourly drift and no mid-project repricing. The process runs the same seven steps every time: book, brief, access, diagnose, proposal, build, handover. You review at every milestone during the build.

What happens to our data, and is it confidential?

Access is scoped per project. Sujaan Solutions requests only the systems and data a specific build actually requires, and works under NDA. Client identities are not published: the work shown on this site is reproduced with all client identifiers removed for exactly that reason.

What support do you provide after handover?

Handover from Sujaan Solutions includes training for your team and written documentation of how the system works, followed by an ongoing support retainer. We stay responsible for what we build rather than disappearing at go-live, and messages are answered within 24 hours for the life of the engagement.
